30-Day Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your MyFitZen fitness equipment. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return an Item
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and address
- Package item securely in original packaging (if available)
- Ship item back to our return center
Return Requirements
- Items must be in original condition
- Include all accessories and packaging when possible
- Massage guns and resistance bands must be unused and undamaged
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Original payment method will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
